Heat helps facilitate body-systems function, this may be especially helpful to lymph function and joint lubrication. Heated Sauna Beds are researched to indicate relief of depression therefore, a heated room Session may increase optimism. Feel the warmth, improving training effects!

Thai Therapy ($85) For those seeking a relaxing experience with touch and pose (asana) to renew mind, body & spirit! Rest and relax in Restorative poses during this session with plexus (chakra) informed touch. Feel the beneficial effects of therapeutic touch throughout your body. Procures movement through an asana sequence with touch for optimal effects!

OUTDOOR MEMBERSHIP

Monthly [$20 (1st Month is $10)]: This outreach program is a Standing Session outdoor practice through scheduled appointments available for up to thirty minutes for a maximum of sixty minutes per week! Sessions are formatted to Center, Swoop, Cycle, Salute, Stretch, Stabilize, and Strengthen. Please bring a waterbottle (super healthy people drink water), layer & utilize sunscreen as needed being prepared with protective outdoor gear and polite nose only yoga breaths especially when the air is smokey for natural filtration affirming, "clean air, without smoke, abatement". Includes 20% off the first and 10% off subsequent other Sessions when utilizing all 60 minutes of the Outdoor standing practice for the week; prepay monthly or time of 1st "Class"!


ADVENTURE SESSIONS

Begin by centering to button or hug (bandhas), during postures (asanas), helping energy align the body. While breathing (pranayama) elongate the exhalation for parasympathetic, relaxation, responses. Next, practice or perform movements (vinyasa) aligning sentient-plexi or chakra feeling sensations. Decrease risk of injury by noticing body and breath while touring the mountain(s), town(s), rivers and lakes via trails, streets or waterways. Notice views and hold in poses (asana) to strengthen, stabilize and stretch. Enjoy a final relaxation (s(h)avasana) and return to Yoga Training (Touch) or Another Place of Agreement!

Outdoor ($40): Train out in nature. The elements of sunshine, nature sounds, and fresh air improve vibrant well being. This Session can help prepare for Adventure Yoga optimizing health. Home is where the heart is and Earth is our Blue Boat Home!

BICYCLE ($45): Bring Your Own Bike (BYB) to YT(T) and ride the trails and or streets. Adventurous options include Side Trailing along Mount Helena towards Spring Meadow, along LeGrande Canyon Boulevard, and or other trails and streets on and near Mount Helena or Other Places of Agreement. Yoga is for you when the process is the destination.

WALK, HIKE and or RUN ($45): Explore around Mount Helena and or Summit with Various Other Mountains interspersing asana from Yoga Trainining (Touch) or Other Places of Agreement. Begin Centering at YT(T) or other Trails, checking in with the body, and Swoop to warm-up preventing injury, with various Yoga Poses for Strength, Stability and Stretching along the way. A final relaxation (S(h)avasana) is provided as well!

HISTORIC SiGHTS ($45): Begin at YT(T) to adventure through the 'hood" of the Historic Victorian Era Houses of Helena's Upper West side, a few minutes West of the Downtown Walking Mall. Exploring Downtown is an option as well. Center, Swoop, Cycle, Salute, Strengthen, Stabilize, Stretch and S(h)avasana. Learn about the people and places making the Capital City of Helena great.

SLEDDING, SNOWBOARDING AND SKIING ($45): Must have your own snowproof clothes including face, head, foot, body and hand protection. Sessions available when the snow allows at YT(T) or Other Places of Agreement. From the base up centering, swooping, cycling, saluting, strength, stability and stretch. The safety of a yoga prevention practice with additional skills for fun and adventure.

STAND UP PADDLE (SUP) BOARDS ($45 with your own board, $60 when YT(T) arranges for gear, Board and travel): Travel together from YT(T) or meet at Spring Meadow or Other Place of Agreement. Begin, centering near or on SUP Board depending on comfort level, and end meditating in S(h)avasana. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced options avialable with Standing, Inverted, Prone, Sitting and Supine Poses (Asana) on SUP Board.

DAY, 1/2 DAY, WEEKEND RETREATS, CAMPS & STAYS

TRAINING SESSIONS

Basic ($45): This most popular session incorporates the benefits of yoga to improve performance, body function, weight control and prevent injury etc.. Includes, flowing movements, salutations & poses for strength, balance & flexibility with touch for modifications and relaxation responses.

Stability* / Balance ($45): Choose balancing poses (asana) and stabilize, breathe (pranayama), withdraw (pratyahara) from instability, and focus (dharana), enhancing proprioception, the bodies awareness (samadhi) in space! Utilize energizing body holds/hugs (bandhas) during asana including the feet (pada-bandha) supports the body, pelvic floors/perinium (mula-bandha) supports lower appendicular skeleton, core (udiyana-bandha) supports lower axial skeleton, upper back (rhomba bandha) supports the upper axial skeleton & chest, hands (hasta-bandha) supports the entire body in hand stabilizing poses, and neck (jalendhara-bandha) supports the head. Strengthen and stretch while stabilizing, feeling muscle cohesion, making dream poses a reality!

Sport/Work Specific ($45): Whatever your fortay, in whatever way you like to play and work this yoga session has the answers for keeping your body centered, with movements for strength, balance, and flexiblity, while learning meditations for relaxation and sport specific improvements! Attending to the key issues of your body, sport and or work. Try this sessions focusing on what is important to you!

Strength* ($45): Strengthens your body for holding yourself strong, utilizing pose (asana) progressions for continual improvements; mission possible!

Stretch* / Flexibility ($45): Helps unwind and improve flexibility throughout your body! Wherever you may feel tight and sore there are flexibility poses to help relax and release. Try this session for improvements!

SPECIALTY SESSIONS

Aerial (45): Float in pose (asana) supported by a hammock style cloth! Easily invert, stretch, balance, and strengthen. Flow through asana with an easy swing!

Chair ($45): Yoga with a chair for disabled persons. Intended to increase range of motion and provide support for centering, strengthening, balancing, stretching and relaxing.

Fun ($45): Includes Storytime Yoga and fun games like Yoga, Yoga, Pose (Duck, Duck, Goose) and Choo-Choo Breath (kapalbati), animal poses for posture. Basics for strengthening, stabilizing and stretching along with a final relaxation known as the Angel Game can benefit anyone. Sessions may contain 'teaching moments' to learn about our responsibilities to one another (yama) and ourselves (niyama). Laughter is the best biproduct!

Game Board ($45): A fun game for all levels! Celebrating life while waging peace with responsibly protected principles for a happy blissful spirit, a healthy physical body, powerful emotional energy, a wealthy mature mind, and a wise intelligent intellect. Bliss be!

Lift ($45): Training with weights, increases muscle, metabolism (fat burning), optimism, and bone density, decreases bad stress. Includes Upper body: Wide Abductor Squats (Konasana), Regular/Low Glute Squats (Utkatasana/Malasana) and Soleus onto balls of the feet. Gastrocnemius Raise (Tadasana) onto balls of feet, Quadriceps Group Lunges (Unjaneyasana), Hamstrings Group Dead Lifts (Uttanasana/Digasana), Adductor One Leg Squats (Garudasana); Mid Body: back rows in Thunder Bolt or Fierce Pose (Uttkatasana), Pectoralis chest press in bridge (setubandhasana), as well as basic supine and prone poses (asana); Upper Body: repeats Utkatasana/Malasana/Tadasana during Bicep Curls, Unjaneyasana during Tricep Overhead Press as well as Chaturanga Dandasana/Nakrasana and Setubandhasana during Basic Tricep Press and Overhead Press among various others (shoulders are fantastically fun)!

DEEPER DOCTRINES

Affirmation (Mantra @ $50): Thrive during this Chakra Bloom, Movement Meditation Session. There are 7-12 supine-prone poses and variations. during repetitions (kriya) flows (vinyasa) and holds (asana). The ground supported (supine) practice vital breaths (pranayama) occur one per movement during the vinyasa portion of the session. Going deeper by affirming color, element, classic practice (ashtanga) and subtle-plexus (chakra) correlations during Kriya. A summary affirmation-meditation (mantra-dhyana) is repeated during asana!

Pose (Asana @ $50): What poses are most beneficial to your body, energy and even personality?Finding interesting, uncommon poses improves performance beyond prevention. Sometimes there are poses unvisited in group settings. This session can improve hand balances, pelvic positions and overhead binds!

Self-practice (Mysore @ $20): Enjoy what you know without being told. This unique yoga style for advanced yogins lets the practitioner decide. Enjoy choosing asana (poses) from previous sessions and/or knowledge and intuition. Let your feel be your guide, while the teacher is present or away.

Lucidity (Nidra @ $50): Calming, relaxing & restful savasana (relaxation pose) with meditative music; a mind massage of the microcosm within. Keeping conscious, present in the moment is a gift!

Power and Slow Flow (Vinyasa @ $50): Continual Flowing Movements (vinyasa) created from poses (asana)! Coordinate breaths (pranayama) for each movement. Inhale open and lift, exhale hinge and go deeper. For more intensity try Power Style, for less intensity in modified asana try a Slow Flow.

Zen (Yin @ $50): Hatha (physical) poses (asana) for improved patience (santosha). Open and relax with breath awareness (pranayama). Cultivate greater depth in practice. Hold poses (asana) for up to five minutes or more.

Zest (Kriya @ $50): Fast paced aerobic conditioning movements known as high intensity intervals or calisthenics practiced with or without music. Cultivate good by sculpting your way through this discipline. ASSESSMENTS

*Simple/Basic Assessment ($30): Periodized quarterly for strength, balance and flexibility, includes weight, body fat %, hydration & bone density levels, body measurements, blood pressure & pulse readings. Provides base line and tracks progressions for technique, form and time or measurements.

*Medicine I / Therapy Physical RehabilitationAssessment (Chikitsa $35): Use of body diagrams, visual, movement and touch analysis to assess posture, alignment, tightness and pain. Thus, establishing guidelines for pose (asana) recommendations and breathing (pranayama) to improve body integrity.

*Medicine II / Therapy Energy Facilitation Assessment (Chikitsa $35): When chakras are out of balance the shape, spin, speed and spacial orientation of these power centers effects the energy of our bodies. Choose this assessment as the 1st step to countering misperceptions and relieving blockages for optimal health, wellness and performance.

*Medicine III / Therapy Lifestyle Assessment (Chikitsa $35): A Comprehensive holistic health report describing yourself; including your network of healthcare practitioners, their diagnosis and your concerns. Reviews systems and medical history. Provides complimentary and alternative therapy charts as well as pain threshold, sleep and physical activity self-assessments, nutritional intake questionnaire, social history, life schedule and concludes with spiritual/emotional observations as well as a lifestyle evaluation.

*Strength, Balance and Flexibility Assesments ($30): Similar to Basic Asses. measuring specificly for strength, balance or flexibility.

Teaching Methodology: Ensure student safety and comfort! Choose an atmosphere with lighting, music and yoga props. Care about compassionate verbal and nonverbal cues with voice quality and tone along with appropriate body language for adjustments. Master teaching aids for kinestetic, auditory and visual learners!

Anatomy & Physiology: Plexus (Chakra) correlations are fun, interesting ways of learning about body, energy, mind, intuition, and spirit! Anatomy correlations of the coccygeal (root), sacral (hips), solar (abdomen), pulmonary/cardiac (lungs/heart), pharyngeal (throat), cerebral (brow) and coronal (crown) plexi are helpful body part and system correlation reminders. In Home or Other Place of Agreement (+ 10%, 20%), for Sessions in the comfort of your own home or other place of agreement within the Helena area adding 10% to the price of a session within city limits, and 20% to the price outside of city limits. Sessions outside a 20 minle radius add 30%, 40 miles + 40%, 50 miles add 50% etc.
