Directions with Map
Yoga Training (Touch) is found at 18 South Harrison's lower level, in a semi-private area gated near the Mount Helena Trailhead, by turning right onto S. Harrison, the last street before the gate. If utilizing Navigation keep in mind YT(T) parking occurs from Adams Street only, when navigation may direct driving South on Harrison Ave. make corrections by turning either South onto Howie from Lawrence or East on Ming Place and then South (right) on Howie Street. Next turn West (right) on Adams Street and North (right) onto S. Harrison Ave. Finally, arriving by proceeding to the end of the block parking on the road or at the YT(T) Parking spot.
More Precise Directions
Driving/Bicycling from East Side or South End; Bicyclists see also "Reeders Alley"
1.) from Park Ave. between 6th and Broadway, turn west (the only way) onto Clarke St., between the City/County and 100 Office Building or onto W. Lawrence St.
2.) Turn Left (South) onto Howie Street.
3.) Turn Right (West) onto Adams St.
4.) Turn Right (North) onto S. Harrison Ave. At the end of the street park at the lower level parking or pull over to park without blocking the street or trail where the red reflectors are located.
5.) Walk the lower level sidewalk, across the East side patio under the deck, and around the lawn to the North side patio to arrive at the double doors of Studio 18A.
Walking/Cycling from Mount Helena Parking (Main Trailhead) or Reeders Village
1.) Walk away from Mount Helena Trailhead Parking on Reeders Village Drive, turning Right when from Reeders Village onto Reeders Village Drive, walking past the gate
2.) Turn Left (North) onto S. Harrison to Yoga Training (Touch) at the end of the block.
3.) Walk the lower level sidewalk, across the East side patio under the deck, and around the lawn to the North side patio to arrive at the double doors of Studio 18A.
If you travel (North) Harrison Ave., from the west end pullover and park on Harrison or Ming and walk the Daisy Hill Trail (or drive around to Howie, turn Right and follow directions from 3.) above). After passing the privacy fence walk left onto the lawn, you have arrived at YT(T) & Personalized Retreat @Studio 18A.
Walking From Downtown
6th Ave Stairs
1.) Next to the 6th Ave. Parking Garage, Across from the Montana Club locate the 6th Ave. Stairs, walk up the stairs, turn Left, walk across Park Ave. towards the 100 Park Avenue Office Building on the corner of Park Ave. and Clarke.
2. Walk one block up Clarke, Turn Left on South Benton Ave.
3. Walk one block, turn Right on Ming Pl., Cross Olive, continue on Ming, Cross Howie, Continue on the dirt drive of Ming.
4. At the corner of Ming & Harrison, the place on the hill is Yoga Training (Touch) & Personalized Retreat. Follow the trail to where it splits and continue either Left or Right to YT(T) & Personalized Retreat's Yoga Yard, a.k.a. Infinity Lawn to the North side Double Doors of Studio 18A, by appointment.
5th Ave. Sidewalk
Across from the Double Tree Hilton and Park Ave.
1. Find the 5th Ave. Sidewalk located across Park Ave. between Broadway & 6th Ave., next to the Serendipity Apartments. Walk up the stairs, up the sidewalk, cross the alley & continue up the sidewalk.
2. Cross Benton, continue walking up the sidewalk, now you're on Ming.
3. Cross Olive, continue along the sidwalk on Ming.
4. Cross Howie, continue one more block, this time on the dirt road of Ming until finding a trail at the corner of Ming & Harrison, the place on the hill is Yoga Training (Touch) & Personalized Retreat. Follow the trail to where it splits and continue either Left or Right to YogaYard's "Class Above" Infinity Lawn, the Double Doors of Studio 18A, or Main Retreat Entrance under the balcony!
Reeder's Alley
Walking/Cycling up (NorthWest) from where the Visit Helena MT US office is located; if driving, Navigation may lead to the Mountain, following the first set of "Precise Directions" "Driving/Bicycling from East Side or South End" may be more helpful.
1.) Cross the Park Ave. street crosswalk when near the Lewis & Clark Public Library Park and Park Ave. Building traveling up (NW) on Reeder's Alley.
2. Take a Right on Benton towards Adams OR left on Benton traveling under the bridge, around, and then over the, one way, bridge on Howie (remain close to the left hand side to remain safe when facing traffic.
3. Turn Left on Adams, travel 3 blocks up past Jefferson & Howie Or after walking up and back down the Howie Hill take the first left, walking 1 block.
4. Take a Right on S. Harrison, walk to the end of the block, continue along the lower level sidewalk of Yoga Training (Touch) & Personalized Retreat. Arriving at the Yoga Yard, a.k.a. Infinity Lawn continuing to the main Retreat Entrance or cross the patio under the balcony following the lawn trail to the North side patio and arrive at the double doors of Studio 18A.
